SL 5X5 - Week #1

Just started my first day of SL 5X5 today.

Starting weights (in freedom units / lbs):

Pretty light, and I definitely felt like I could’ve increased the weights by 15 lbs on each, but I’m treating today as a warmup day to ease into the program.

As I mentioned in my last post, I’m spending the next 3 months following this program, so I have 35 more sessions to go.

Based on some pretty rough calculations, I should be ending the program in 90 days with the following numbers (assuming linear progress):
